At Inside Out Vintage, we’re all about keeping it simple and honest. Every item we sell is vintage or second-hand, meaning each piece is one-of-a-kind, with its own history, character, and sometimes, light wear. Because of this, ALL sales are FINAL.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is:

• Significantly not as described
• Has a major fault that was not noted in the listing

Please read all descriptions carefully before purchasing. 

We provide:

• Accurate sizing and measurements
• Notes on any flaws or visible wear
• Candid photos so you know what you’re getting

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If you believe your item was misrepresented or arrived damaged beyond what was described:

• Email us at teaminsideoutvintage@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• We’ll review your case and respond within 2 business days.
• If approved, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Reminder:

• All items are washed or treated before shipping.
• All items are second-hand or vintage - minor wear is expected and part of the charm.
